Group picks!!

In my media class I have some friends I know I could never work with. When working in a project where work needs to be done, it cannot just be fun I know I had to pick people that would do their work. I decided to work with people I sit around and one of my friends because I know the work would get done. Im serious about my grades and wouldn't want anything to jeopardize it. Whenever you make the decision to work with friends and they don't pitch in and do their part then it will cause problems which is why its better to work with reliable people. The people I sit around show great work ethic and are smart so I knew it would be great working with them. We all offer different things that would help the music video come out great and pass successfully. Im working with Abimbola, Shabrina, and Mariajose and honestly its a four star group.

When coming up with a group it was fairly easy because we agreed on working together quickly. Picking a song wasn't as easy. I wanted to do a R&B song because it is just a broad umbrella and if the song were to ever change it would be easy to pick another. Before choosing a song I needed to decide what vibe was needed. At first I wanted a party vibe. This means lots of obvious fun having and heads sticking out of windows but essential it didn't go in that way. It was decided that a heartbreak essential sad song would be the best pick and vibe for the video. The song picked was heartbreak anniversary by Giveon. Honestly the song is very descriptive and really has a lot of emotion attached. It would be easy to do a music video because it would be like a breakup vibe which would be fun to create. It was between heartbreak anniversary and Thank you, next by Ariana Grande and honestly this may be a better fit. I think the group I chose also helped shorten the song picking process too because it could have been full of way more indecisiveness. This will be a learning and growing experience and shoutout to Giveon for making a gem.
