Film, Film, Film, Production!
Hey, Hey!!
So in the last blog, it was explained about how I got our scenes incorporated while this will be more on why I filmed where I did. The relevance and everything. The first place filmed was in a car and then followed by a restaurant. The car allowed us to capture two angles and then was also a great location. It allowed for decorations to be in the back which wasn’t disrupting anyone. The fight scene which was also filmed in the car allowed for expression to be however loud and angry the two actors wanted to be. This was also somewhere that could have had multiple takes as it wasn’t a workplace. The next place I filmed was at a restaurant. This is important because there was no room for mess up. Even though I was the major recorder, when it was the restaurant scene it was important to have another. This ensured that I would be on the safe side if anything. When filming I always made sure to get different angles too. Having different angles ensured that the music video would be boring. After filming at the restaurant, another location was needed so close by was an area with lots of plants. This was a great place to film because of the scenery involved. It was used for a moment of good in the music video and helped bring the story to life. When filming here, I made sure when filming that there was absolutely no one in the background. It would cause a distraction and I wanted to capture the happiness of the couple before they “broke up.” It was hard not to laugh but eventually the awkwardness turned serious. While filming there were many outfit changes to fit each scenery. In the music video there weren’t as much climax as ours as we decided to incorporate a betray scene but overall matched the vibe of the song.
